What a broker is for

You have freight. Somewhere out there is the right truck.

Finding it is the whole job — and doing it without putting your load under a carrier whose insurance lapsed last month. We vet first, quote second, and stay reachable after the truck is loaded.

Services & equipment

Pick the trailer before you pick the price.

Weight, cube, temperature and legal height decide which equipment your freight belongs on — and that decision moves the rate more than anything else. These are the working numbers we quote against.

Working the DFW market means our carrier bench is deepest right here — and the corridors out of it are the lanes we price most often.

The run

Five stops between your dock and your POD.

Same order every load, so you always know which stop you're at.

Stop 01

Rate & capacity

Priced off lane history and what's actually in the market this week — not a stale tariff sheet.

Stop 02

Carrier vetting

Authority, safety profile and insurance checked at the source before the load is offered out.

Stop 03

Dispatch

Rate confirmation issued, appointments set, accessorials agreed in writing before the wheels turn.

Stop 04

In transit

Tracking on every load, and a phone call the moment something slips — before you have to chase it.

Stop 05

POD & invoice

Signed BOL the same day, one clean invoice, and we run the claim ourselves if it comes to that.

About

A small desk that answers the phone.

Omaya Logistics LLC is a licensed property broker based in Irving, Texas, in the middle of one of the busiest freight markets in the country. We're deliberately small: when you call, you reach the person who booked your load and who has the carrier's dispatcher on the other line.

Brokerage has a reputation problem, and most of it traces back to two things — carriers nobody checked, and freight quietly re-brokered to whoever would take it cheapest. We built our process around closing both of those doors.

What every carrier clears first

Checked before dispatch, and re-checked when a certificate lapses.

  • Active operating authorityVerified against FMCSA records on the day of dispatch — not once at sign-up.
  • Insurance at the sourceCargo and auto liability confirmed with the insurer or agent directly.
  • Safety profile reviewCSA BASIC scores and inspection history read before the load goes out.
  • Signed broker–carrier agreementOn file before the first load, carrying carrier-of-record terms.
  • No re-brokeringPassing the load on without written consent ends the relationship.
Get a rate

Send the lane. Get a number back.

Rates go out within the hour during desk hours. If the freight is already late, call instead — a form has never moved a truck.

Carriers: email your MC number, certificate of insurance and W-9 and we'll build your packet the same day.

We'll only use this to quote your freight. Name, email or phone, origin and destination are the minimum we need to price a lane.
